The ASIAMARKET.BIZ  offers the following terms and conditions of delivery for Bulgaria:

1. The stated purchase goods are delivered by courier - Rapido to the specified delivery address, except sunday and public holidays, when orders are not delivered. The deliveries are executed in the following time range: 09:00 to 18:00.

These days and hours are valid for larger cities in the Bulgaria, in order to check for a specific location, you can enter it in the Rapido website –www.rapido.bg . In the "Information panel", you can select "Schedule Service "and check delivery conditions for your location.


2. Terms of delivery:

Orders taken from 07:00 to 14:00 are processed throughout the same day and can be received within the next working day.

Orders placed after 14:00 are processed the next day and received the day following the day of treatment.


3 Prices for delivery:

3.1 Standard delivery with included insurance outside of Sofia - 5 Levs.

3.2 Standard delivery for Sofia, insurance included -3,50 Levs.

3.3 For orders over 50 Leva delivery is FREE .


4 Transfer of goods:

The goods are transferred to the User or third party who accepts the goods  and acknowledges their delivery on behalf of the Client. Upon delivery of the product, user or third party signed the documents accompanying it. If the user is not found in the delivery period of the given address or there is no access assured within this period, ASIAMARKET is released from its obligation to deliver goods ordered for purchase, according to mentioned above “Terms of delivery”. The customer can confirm additionally his willingness to receive the goods, assuming all costs of new supply. In this case starts a new period for delivery from the time of last confirmation.


5. Upon receipt of the delivery, check if the contents of the shipment matches your order . If the transport  package is damaged, refer to the courier, who will make a protocol for the damage.

The storage of your personal data is with your agreement and for the purpose of delivering the ordered products.




1 You can cancel your order in the following ways:

  - by letting us know by phone or e-mail before the goods are sent to you.

  - To cancel the ordered products under the point 2 after sending the product.

2 The Customer may withdraw the ordered products within 14 days of receipt if they are not used, if the integrity of the packaging is not breached and if the product which is received covers the same conditions under Article 55 (paragraph 1) of the CPA (Customer Product Agreement). Transportation costs in this case are for the client and he should pay to the courier when he is taking the product back for transport expenses. The seller will refund the full amount of the product only. Asia Market administrators should be informed in advance for requests for withdrawal by phone or mail. Those contacts are published on the contact page of ASIAMARKET.BIZ.

2.1.E-shop ASIAMARKET will refund amounts paid by the consumer within 15 days of the date on which the consumer has exercised his right to refuse the goods.

2.2 The service is not valid for corporate customers (wholesale purchase).

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse the return of the product by customers who often use this service (in an abusive way).

2.4 The partners in the Asia Market Marketplace are obliged to respect the legal deadline of 14 working days to return the product, but can offer a longer period at its discretion. Information about the return policy of the specific partner will find the information page of each partner in Asia Market.

3. Rights to refuse the requested items listed in point 2 shall not be applied to the following types of articles:

  - In the event that the product has been used.

  - Frozen products or products developed at your request, as dishes prepared on specific Korean recipe.

The provisions of this clause do not affect your legal rights.




1 In case of nonconformity between ordered and delivered goods, ASIAMARKET.BIZ  shall replaced products for its own account without additional charges.

2 In case of violations of the integrity of the package and protocol for damage of the consignment made by the courier, product with damaged packaging will be replaced at the expense of ASIAMARKET.BIZ
